Delivery of black caviar from the Royal Caviar store in Ukraine

There are several ways to place an order:

  • You can add the delicacies you like to the basket by clicking on the order button.
  • By calling our managers, who, in turn, will assist you with the choice and place an order by phone.

There are two ways to pay for an order:

1. Having placed an order by cash on delivery, you pay at the office of the courier delivery service upon receipt. Additional charges apply:

  • From 1% to 2% for cash on delivery (depending on the courier company)
  • From 0 to 18 UAH for sending money back to the recipient (depending on the courier company)
  • 100% parcel insurance - calculated from the amount of cash on delivery

2. The transfer of funds to the Privat Bank card occurs before the order is sent.

  • Commission 0.5% of the order amount
  • Package insurance at your request

Delivery of the order is paid by the recipient - the cost depends on the volume and weight of the package.

You can also order a courier - who will deliver the order to the address (additional service of a courier company from 30 UAH)

  • Mist Express

Our packaging - all packaging - packaging

  • We guarantee the quality of packaging - using foam, cardboard and helium ice (to maintain the temperature regime for 72 hours)
  • Upon receipt, a big request to pay attention to the condition of the packaging box, in case the stretch film is broken or there are dents, then open the package with an employee of the courier company and make sure the integrity of the order.
  • In case of damage to the order, write a statement about the damage to the integrity of the package - the courier company will reimburse the damage.

Exchange and return

Because we work with food products and we cannot check every item, since everything is in factory packaging - we accept quality claims within two weeks from the date of shipment. During this time, we will make an exchange for you subject to the following conditions:

  • Never throw away the packaging.
  • Take a photo and send it to us via viber or e-mail. We will examine the appearance and make a decision to send the damaged goods to us.
  •  Package the products and send them back to us at our expense, only after our decision.

Returns are possible in cases of a crumpled jar, in the presence of chips or cracks in a glass jar, leakage, sending the wrong items that were ordered.
